Website Terms of Use Agreement between Automotive Industry Matters Pty Ltd (ABN 77 004 735 344) ("Automotive Industry Matters") and The user of this website ("You/Your")

Governing law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Victoria.

 

Definitions

"Agreement" means the terms and conditions that apply to the use of the Website which may be amended from time to time.

"Automotive Industry Matters" means Automotive Industry Matters Pty Ltd (ABN 77 004 735 344).

"Deep Hyperlink" means a direct hypertext link or hypertext linking, established by a third party for purposes other than non-commercial personal use, from the Website where items or images from content providers reside to another web page, and such link bypasses the homepage of the Website or the homepages of the sections of the Website where items or images reside.
